Fitwel Industry LLP is one of the specialized Lap Joint Flange manufacturers & worldwide exporter and supplier of high-quality ASME/ANSI/DIN industrial lap joint flanges in Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, India. We offer immediate delivery programs for standard-size carbon steel lap joint flanges and stainless steel lap joint. Lap Joint Flange comes in various material grades as well as dimensions & sizes. Jis 16k slide directly over the pipe and are usually used in combination with stub end fittings. A pipe is welded to the Stub End fitting, while the Lap Joint Flange Jis 5k is free to rotate around the stub end. The benefit of the Lap Joint Flange Jis 10k is that there will not be any issues with regard to the bolt hole alignment. Although Lap Joint Flange Awwa C207 Class D has all the common dimensions similar to any other flange,-
-the Lap Joint Flange Class 600, however, does not have a raised face, as used in conjunction with a Lap Joint Stub End. Lap Joint Flange Din En 1092-1 is nearly identical to a Slip-On flange with the exception of the presence of a radius at the intersection of the flange face and the bore, which accommodates the flanged portion of the Stub End.
Lap Joint Flanges are similar to other types of industrial flanges, but it does not have a raised face. Lap joint flanges are used in conjunction with a “Lap Joint Stub End”. The total initial cost of a lap joint flange along with a stub end is around one-third higher than that of comparable welding neck flanges. The pressure holding capacity of lap joint flanges is comparatively lower, and the fatigue life for the assembly is only one-tenth that of welding neck flanges. These flanges are offered at custom-made sizes and shapes to our valued patrons.
The lap joint flange with the stub end assembly is normally used in piping systems that require regular dismantling for inspection and cleaning. These flanges slip over the pipe and are not welded or otherwise fastened to it. Bolting pressure is transmitted to the gasket by the pressure of the flange against the back of the pipe lap (Stub End).
We offer lap joint flanges manufactured at our facility to companies in various industries including shipbuilding, power generation, petrochemical plants, oil refineries, wastewater treatment plants, paper mills, pharmaceutical plants, and turnkey projects among others. We export Lap Joint Flanges to Qatar, Kingdom Of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, UAE, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Australia, etc.
