The excellent combination of properties enables Alloy 200 Pipes to be cold worked by forming and drawing. Alloy 200 Tubes is used in areas where product purity needs to be maintained. Because the work hardenability of Pure Nickel is low, Nickel 201 Tubes (UNS N02201) is suitable for severe cold working by methods such as spinning and coining. Alloy 201 Pipes are often used in electronics industry, heating element sheathing, anodes, special purpose electron tubes, etc.
