Fitwel Industries LLP is well known manufacturers, supplier & exporter of quality ASME b16.5 class 150 threaded flanges, Stainless Steel threaded flanges, Carbon Steel threaded flanges, DIN-2527 threaded flanges, ASTM /ASME Screwed Flanges, ANSI B16.36/ B16.48 threaded Flanges in Mumbai, Ahemdabad, Pune, India. Threaded Flanges Manufacturers in India are available in all standard in which the common world standards include ASA/ ANSI/ ASME, BS10, PN/ DIN and JIS/ KS. Screwed flanges manufacturers in India are not suitable for circumstances including temperature or under cyclic conditions or bending stresses where leakage in the course of the threads may perhaps happen. Threaded Flanges are used for superior applications.
They can be accumulated devoid of welding and can be used in very high pressure services, at or adjacent atmospheric pressure, where alloy steel is needed for power. Available with us in various sizes and shapes, the offered Screwed Flanges are used for scaffolding and fastener applications. Our Threaded Flanges can further be customized in terms of thicknesses, sizes and specifications as per the specific requirements of our clients. We offer these threaded flanges at market leading prices.
We are instrumental in offering our reputed clients with superior quality Screwed Flanges which is used to connect other threaded components in low pressure, non-critical applications. These flanges can be attached to the pipe without welding and applicable in highly volatile areas where welding is hazardous.
Threaded Flanges/Screwed Flanges Features :-
These ANSI B16.47 Threaded Flanges meet the requirements of various industries like automobile, heavy engineering, railways, and pipeline engineering. Available in Standard Specifications, Our Flanges Range Can also be Customized as Per the Requirements of our Clients. Our Threaded Flange is fabricated with the wall thickness having the same dimensions of the matching pipes. We offer Latest Technical Advancements and carry well-maintained inventory ready for fastest delivery to any location in India & Abroad. It has features such as high strength, accurate dimensions, durable finish standards, and more These flanges. We Export Screwed Flanges in Qatar, Kingdom Of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, UAE, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Australia, etc.
Threaded Flange:- Threaded Flange is connecting with pipe without welding. It is similar to slip on flange or a socket weld flange, fitted with a tapered thread (screw) inside the flange bore that is mounted on the pipe with corresponding external threads.
Screwed Flange:- The Screwed Elbow Fitting is a pipe fitting installed between two lengths of pipe or tube allowing a change of direction, usually 90° or 45°. The ends can be be machined for screwed (usually female), or socketed. When the two ends differ in size, it is called a Reducing or Reducer Elbow.
